Build your taxonomy

Fastest way to start: upload a vendor price sheet. We'll seed one row per line (vendor SKU, description, cost pre-attached), then you fill in the internal name, material, and color — which takes minutes, not hours.

Works with PDF (we'll read it with AI), CSV, or XLSX. PDF from your vendor's email → paste in → catalog.

Or start manually:

Pricing Controls

Set your target profit margins as percentages. For example, 50% margin means if material COGS is $500, the target price is $1,000 (you keep $500). Reps see the dollar targets on the gauge — never the actual COGS or margin numbers.
%
Gray zone floor — lowest acceptable
%
Light green — solid estimate
%
Dark green — excellent margin
%
Over-order buffer on material quantities

Band Thresholds (COGS %)

A quote's band is determined by its COGS-as-percent-of-price. Below the light-green threshold is excellent margin (dark green); between the two is solid (light green); above the gray floor is an acceptable/low-margin gray quote.
%
Above this COGS% → gray band
%
Below this COGS% → dark-green band
